To further promote the implementation of the healthy China strategy and create a world-class exposition in comprehensive health industry, the 2019 Hangzhou International Precision Medical Industry Expo hosted by Health Commission of Zhejiang Province，Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission and Zhejiang Economic and Information Technology Department will be held from August 29th to August 31st, 2019 at the Hangzhou International Expo Center, which is approved by The People's Government of Zhejiang Province.
The Expo aggregates the most high-quality medical industry resources and invites many government officials to participate, which will build the first interactive platform between the political and business dialogue，industry-university integration. ◆ 文件通知：由主办单位签发组织参观文件，发往各地市、县卫健局及医院，并由各地、市卫健局 组织医院院长、设备科长及专科医生到会参观洽谈，采购订货。
Document notification: Visit documents issued by the host. It will be sent to the municipal and county health bureaus and hospitals. Value-added service
1. All enterprises that book more than four booths before 20th July and pay the full amount will receive a set of 5,000 exquisite invitation cards with enterprise advertisements (worth RMB 10,000 yuan) free of charge, which will be distributed by the organizing committee to various municipal medical industry organizations to assist enterprises in developing the Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai markets.
2. Any enterprise that orders more than two booths before 20th July and delivers the full payment will be given a free color edition advertisement in the exhibition magazine, size: 210*140mm (value: 2,000 yuan), printing quantity: 20,000 copies.

1、填写参展申请表邮寄或传真至组织单位；
2、申请展位一周内将参展费用[50%（订金）或全款]电汇或交至组织单位，余款于2019年8月1日前付清；报名截止日期为2019年8月1日；
3、展位顺序分配原则：“先申请，先付款，先安排”；
4、组委会收到参展费用后将在开展前一个月寄发《参展商手册》（内含展会主要日程安排及各项服务项目、展位搭建、租用展具及用电申请、住宿安排及展品运输指南）等。
Exposition Procedure:
1. Fill in the application form and email or fax it to the organizer.
2. The exhibition fee 50% deposit or full payment should be wired or paid to the organizer within one week after the application, and the balance should be paid before 1st August, 2019, which is also the date for application deadline.
3. Principle for allocation: first pay, first arrange.
After receiving the exhibition fee, the organizing committee will send the exhibitor manual (including the main schedule and service items of the exhibition, booth construction, application for renting exhibition equipment and electricity, accommodation arrangement and exhibition transportation guide) to the organizer one month before the exhibition.

1、参展企业必须在规定时间内将参展费用付清，否则不能确保安排展位。
2、所有参展商及其代表必须佩戴由主办单位发出的有效工作证件方可进入展场。
3、参展商未经组委会批准，不得私自转让展位或展示无关物品，如有该种情况组委会有权将其清理出场。
4、所有贵重物品参展商应自行保管好，如有遗失，主、承办单位及会展中心概不负责。
Exposition Announcements
1. Exhibitors must pay off the exhibition fee within the specified time, otherwise the booth cannot be arranged.
2. All exhibitors and their representatives must wear valid work badge issued by the organizer before entering the exhibition site.
3. Without the approval of organizing committee, exhibitors are not allowed to transfer the booth or display irrelevant products. In such case, the organizing committee reserves the rights to disqualify them.
4. All valuable items should be taken good care of by the exhibitors. In case of loss, the host, the organizer and the exposition center will not be responsible for it.
